INVENTORY

The Inventory Dashboard page provides an overview of the status and quantity of inventory items. This manual provides step-by-step instructions on how to navigate and use the Inventory Dashboard to monitor inventory statuses and quantities.

Overview

The Inventory Dashboard displays a table with the following columns:

  1. No: Sequential number for easy reference.

  2. Status: The current status of the inventory items.

  3. Total Qty: The total quantity of items in each status.

Status Definitions

  1. Received (Not GR): Items that have been received but not yet gone through the Goods Receipt (GR) process.

  2. QC: Items that are undergoing Quality Control checks.

  3. QC Complete: Items that have successfully passed Quality Control.

  4. Repair: Items that are in the repair process.

  5. Repair Complete: Items that have been repaired.

  6. Repair Hold: Items on hold during the repair process.

  7. Clean: Items that are undergoing cleaning.

  8. Clean Complete: Items that have been cleaned and are ready for inventory.

  9. Pending Scrap: Items awaiting scrapping.

  10. Confirm Scrap: Items that have been confirmed for scrapping.

  11. Destroyed: Items that have been destroyed.

  12. Non Inventory: Items that are not part of the current inventory.

  13. Pending Shipping: Items that are ready to be shipped.

  14. Shipped Out: Items that have been shipped out.

  15. Pick: Items that are in the process of being picked for orders.

  16. Pack: Items that are in the process of being packed for orders.

  17. Inventory: Items that are currently in inventory and ready for use or sale.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Searching for Items

    • Search by SKU: Use the search field at the top to enter the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) of the item you want to search for.

    • The dashboard will filter the results based on the entered SKU.

  2. Understanding the Summary

    • At the bottom of the dashboard, there is a summary section that displays:

      • Total: The total reflects the number of items in inventory, excluding those that have been shipped out.

      • Total Shipped: The total quantity of items that have been shipped out.

      • Total GR: The total quantity of items that have completed the Goods Receipt process. This does not include items that have been shipped out.

      • Total Blocked: The total quantity of items that are blocked (Hold).

      • Total Restricted: The total quantity of items that are restricted. SAP Bin = Block
