SKU Details
The Inventory SKU Details page provides detailed information about a specific Stock Keeping Unit (SKU).
Components of the SKU Details Page
Header Section
SKU: Search for a specific SKU to view or edit the details.
Edit Button: Click to edit the SKU details.
SKU Items Summary Button: The SKU Items Summary button opens the inventory dashboard, allowing you to view statistics for items associated with the current SKU.
Disposition Section
Disposition List: Displays the list of dispositions for the SKU.
Add Disposition Button: Click to add a new disposition.
Summary Section
SKU Type: The type of the SKU.
UPC: The Universal Product Code for the SKU.
Stock Type: The type of stock
WH Inventory: All items that are not shipped out or are non-inventory.
Pending Ship Inventory: All items that have a status of Pick, Pack, or Pending Shipment.
SAP Inventory: SAP Inventory includes all items that have been received (GR) but have not yet been shipped out. It does not include non-inventory items.
Sale Aging Days: Sales aging days indicate the number of days since the last item was shipped out. It will display as '-' if no items have been sold.

Description: A brief description of the SKU.
Bin Summary & Movement Section
Unrestricted: The quantity of unrestricted inventory.
Hold: The quantity of inventory on hold.
QI: The quantity of quality inspection inventory.
Total: The total quantity of the SKU.
Item List Section
Search by: Use the dropdown to select the criterion for searching (e.g., WMS Number).
Search or Scan Field: Enter or scan the search term to find specific items.
Item Table: Displays detailed information about each item under the SKU, including:

Location
Pallet Number
BIN Number
Box Number
Inventory Status
SAP Status
BIN Type
Quantity
Action (Detail button)
Box List Section
The SKU Box List provides detailed information about each box under a specific Stock Keeping Unit (SKU).
Understanding the Box List TableThe Box List table displays detailed information about each box under the SKU. The table includes the following columns:
Pallet Number
- The pallet number where the box is stored.
BIN Number
- The bin number where the box is stored.
Box Number
- The unique identifier for the box.
Location
- The location of the box within the warehouse.
Item Count
- The total number of items contained in the box.
Action
- View Button: Click the View button to see more detailed information about the box.
SKU Create/Edit
The SKU Create/Edit page allows users to add new SKUs or edit existing ones.
Components of the SKU Create/Edit Page
SKU Number
- The unique identifier for the SKU (read-only for existing SKUs).
Name
- The name of the SKU.
Weight (Optional)
The weight of the SKU.
Weight UOM (Optional): The unit of measure for the weight (e.g., KG).
Dimensions (Optional)
Width: The width of the SKU.
Length: The length of the SKU.
Height: The height of the SKU.
UOM (Optional): The unit of measure for dimensions (e.g., IN).
Volume (Optional)
The volume of the SKU.
Volume UOM (Optional): The unit of measure for the volume (e.g., CM3).
Unit UOM: The unit of measure for the SKU (e.g., PAIR).
Description (Optional)
- A brief description of the SKU.
UPC (Optional)
- The Universal Product Code for the SKU.
Carton Details (Optional)
Carton Name: The name of the carton.
Carton Dimensions (Width, Height, Length): The dimensions of the carton.
Carton Weight: The weight of the carton.
Carton Dimension UOM: The unit of measure for carton dimensions (e.g., IN).
Division (Optional)
- The division associated with the SKU.
Stock Type
- The type/category of stock (e.g., finished goods, raw materials).
Type
- The specific type of SKU.
Model Number
- The model number of the SKU.
Disposition (Optional)
- The disposition remarks for the SKU.
Non-Serial Checkbox
- Check if the SKU is non-serial.
Remark (Optional)
- Additional remarks about the SKU.
Serial Prefix Numbers
The Serial Prefix Number section is designed to allow users to manage serial number prefixes associated with specific SKUs. This section helps in tracking and organizing items based on their serial numbers and country of origin.
The serial prefix number will also impact the scanning page. The system will automatically detect the prefix and its associated SKU, then auto-fill the COO (Country of Origin) for the user.
Serial Prefix Numbers Section Overview
Serial Number Prefix Field:
Purpose: Enter the prefix for the serial number associated with the SKU.
Usage: Click on the input field and type the desired prefix (e.g., "TTT2321").
Country of Origin Field:
Purpose: Specify the country where the product or component is manufactured.
Usage: Click on the input field and type the name of the country (e.g., "China").
Add Button:
Purpose: Add the entered Serial Number Prefix and Country of Origin to the list.
Usage: After entering the required information in the Serial Number Prefix and Country of Origin fields, click the
+ ADDbutton. The new entry will appear in the list below.
Remove Button:
Purpose: Delete a specific Serial Number Prefix entry from the list.
Usage: Find the entry you want to remove and click the
REMOVEbutton next to it. The entry will be removed from the list.
