RELABEL

The Relabel Page in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) allows users to assign new labels to items either by their WMS Number or Serial Number. Follow the instructions below to properly use this feature.

The relabeling process can be done based on either:

Step-by-Step Instructions

Relabeling by WMS Number

1. Select Relabeling Method

   • At the top left, choose either WMS Number or Serial Number based on how you want to relabel the item.

2. Scan or Enter WMS Number

   • Use the scan field to scan the WMS Number or manually enter it.

   • Click the Search button to populate the item details.

3. Item Details

   • The following details will be automatically populated for the selected item:

     • SKU

     • Serial

     • RMA#

     • UPC

     • WMS Number

     • Model

     • Division

     • Brand

     • Disposition

     • Status

     • SAP BIN

4. Enter New Serial Number

   • On the right side, enter the new serial number in the provided field.

   • Select the correct SKU from the dropdown if necessary.

   • Printing labels after the relabeling process. It allows the user to:

     • Select the Label Size: There are three options for label sizes:

       1. Print 1.5 x 1.5

       2. Print 2 x 2

       3. Print 3 x 3

       4. The user can only select one of these sizes at a time by checking the corresponding box.

     • Set the Quantity: There is a field labeled "QTY" where the user can specify how many labels they want to print

5. Save

   • Click the Save button to save the new serial number for the item.
