Batch Creation
The Batch Creation page allows users to create a new batch list by selecting orders, scheduling the batch, and assigning staff to the batch.
Page Overview
The Batch Creation page is divided into three main sections:

Batch Schedule Section
Select Date:
Purpose: Choose the date when the batch should be processed.
Usage: Click on the calendar icon and select the desired date from the date picker.
Select Time:
Purpose: Set the specific time for the batch processing to begin.
Usage: Click on the clock icon and select the desired time.
Staff Assignments Section
Select Options:
Purpose: Assign staff members to the batch who will be responsible for processing/picking the orders.
Usage: Click on the dropdown menu and select one or more staff members. Selected staff will appear as tags in the field.
Order List Section
Order Details:
Columns:
No: The sequence number of the order in the batch.
DN Number: The Delivery Note number associated with the order.
SKU: The SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) numbers of the items in the order.
Status: The current status of the order (e.g., Pending).
Attention Name: The name of the person receiving the order, if applicable.
Expected Shipping Date: The date by which the order is expected to be shipped.
Ship Address: The shipping address for the order.
Note: Any additional notes related to the order.
Add Order:
Purpose: Include additional orders in the batch.
Usage: Click the
+ ADD ORDERbutton to select and add more orders to the batch list.
Actions:
Purpose: Perform actions on individual orders in the batch list.
Usage: Click the three vertical dots (ellipsis) under the Action column for option to remove an order from the batch.
Action Buttons
SAVE:
Purpose: Save the batch list with the selected orders, date, time, and staff assignments.
Usage: After making all selections, click the
SAVEbutton to finalize the batch creation.
CANCEL:
Purpose: Discard the batch creation process and return to the previous page.
Usage: Click the
CANCELbutton to exit without saving the batch.
Batch List
The Batch List page provides an overview of all created batches, allowing users to monitor, edit, and manage the batch processes. This guide will help you understand how to use the features available on this page.

Search and Filter Options
Batch ID:
Purpose: Search for a specific batch by its ID.
Usage: Enter the Batch ID into the search box to filter the results.
Creation Time:
Purpose: Filter batches based on their creation time.
Usage: Select the creation time from the calendar dropdown.
Scheduled Time:
Purpose: Filter batches by their schedule time.
Usage: Use the date picker to select the desired scheduled time.
Status:
Purpose: Filter batches based on their current status (e.g., Completed, Ready, Cancelled).
Usage: Select the desired status from the dropdown menu.
Batch Assignee:
Purpose: Filter batches by the staff member assigned to them.
Usage: Select the assignee's name from the dropdown menu.
Search Button:
Purpose: Execute the search based on the entered filters.
Usage: Click the
SEARCHbutton after entering the desired criteria.
Clear Button:
Purpose: Reset all filters and search criteria.
Usage: Click the
CLEARbutton to remove all filters and view the full list.
Batch List Table
Column Headers:
Batch ID: Unique identifier for each batch.
Creation Time: The date and time when the batch was created.
Scheduled Time: The date and time when the batch is scheduled for processing.
Status: Current status of the batch (e.g., Completed, Ready, Cancelled, Picking).
Order Count: The number of orders included in the batch.
Picked Item: Number of items that have been picked.
Packed Process: Displays the progress of packing for the batch.
Assigned Staff: The staff member(s) assigned to handle the batch.
Completion Time: The time when the batch process was completed.
Actions:
START: Initiate the picking process.
EDIT: Modify the details of the batch.
VIEW: View detailed information about the batch, including associated orders.
CANCEL BATCH: Cancel the batch, halting all processing related to it.
Batch Edit
The Batch Edit page is similar to the Batch Creation page, with one key additional feature: the ability to move orders to another batch. Here's a brief overview of the Batch Edit page:
Additional Feature: Moving Orders to Another Batch
Move to Other Batch:
Purpose: Allows you to transfer an order from the current batch to a different batch.
Usage: Click on the three vertical dots (ellipsis) under the Action column next to the order you want to move. Select "Move to Other Batch" from the dropdown menu. You will then be prompted to enter a batch number.
Other Functions
All other functionalities, such as adding orders, saving changes, and canceling the batch, are identical to those on the Batch Creation page.
