SKU List

The SKU List page provides a comprehensive overview of all Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) along with their related inventory details.

Overview

The SKU List page displays a table with various columns containing information about each SKU. Users can search, filter, add new SKUs, and download reports.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Table Columns

    • SKU: The unique identifier for each SKU.

    • SKU Type: The type/category of the SKU.

    • UPC: The Universal Product Code for the SKU.

    • Stock Type: The type of stock (e.g., raw materials, finished goods).

    • WH Inventory: All items that are not shipped out or are non-inventory.

    • Pending Ship Inventory: All items that have a status of Pick, Pack, or Pending Shipment.

    • SAP Inventory: SAP Inventory includes all items that have been received (GR) but have not yet been shipped out. It does not include non-inventory items.

    • Sale Aging Days: Sales aging days indicate the number of days since the last item was shipped out. It will display as '-' if no items have been sold.

    • Inventory Aging Days: The number of days the SKU has been in inventory. If there is no item, the system will show '-'

    • Description: A brief description of the SKU.

    • Action: Actions that can be performed on the SKU (View SKU Details).

  2. Search and Filter Options

    • Search by: Use the search field to enter the SKU you want to search for.

    • Click the Search button to apply the search filter.

    • Click the Clear button to reset the search.

  3. Adding a New SKU

    • Click the + NEW SKU button to add a new SKU to the system.

    • Please refer to the Inventory SKU Details section for more information.

  4. Downloading Reports

    • Click the DOWNLOAD REPORT button to download a report of the SKU list.

    • Choose the desired format (e.g., PDF, Excel) and parameters for the report.

    • Click Download to generate and download the report.
