Lot Management

Overview

The Lot Management page enables users to:

1. Generate lot numbers.

2. Assign pallets to lots.

3. Calculate and update lot details.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Creating or Selecting a Lot

   • Lot Number:

     • Enter a unique identifier for the lot.

     • Click the Generate button to automatically generate a new lot number.

     • If creating a lot number in the scrap format, select the Generate Scrap option before generating the lot number. Users can set the format from the Sequence page, which will be described later.

   • Name: Enter a descriptive name for the lot.

2. Entering Lot Details

   • Weight: Enter the total weight of the lot.

     • Click the Calculate button to automatically calculate the total weight of all the pallets in this lot.

   • Weight UOM: Select the unit of measure for the weight from the dropdown menu (e.g., KG, LB).

   • Number of Pallets: The system will automatically update the total number of pallets included in the lot as you add them.

   • Total Items: The system will automatically update the total number of items in the lot as you add pallets.

3. Managing Pallets

   • Pallet Number: Enter the pallet number for each pallet in the lot.

   • For each pallet, the following details will be displayed:

     • SKUs: List of SKUs included in the pallet.

     • Total Bin Visible: The total number of bins visible.

     • Total Box Visible: The total number of boxes visible.

     • Total Item Visible: The total number of items visible.

     • Total Item Qty: The total quantity of items.

     • Weight: The weight of the pallet.

     • Weight UOM: The unit of measure for the weight.

     • Dimension: The dimensions of the pallet.

4. Adding and Removing Pallets

   • Add Pallet: Click the green + button to add a new pallet to the lot.

   • Remove Pallet: Click the red Trash Bin icon to remove a pallet from the lot.
